      Super work-life balance Benefits apart from pay are great, medical insurance is one of the best in the country for example

      The salary is a bit low compared to competitors. I admit I do not know if full compensation such as profit sharing makes up for this loss.

      Pros

      Many learning opportunities for troubleshooting different types of avian generator control units. Opportunities to work with a variety of engineering departments including production, test, quality, and industrialization. Occasional overtime opportunities.

      Cons

      High stress due to production deadlines, especially at the end of month. Miscommunications due to constant reprioritizing of needs. Difficult to move from short term (1 year+ only) contracts to full time positions.
