I received multiple calls (around five) regarding the interview process. I attended three rounds in person and two rounds virtually. Overall, the interviews went well, including the final round, where I was welcomed in a manner that indicated a positive outcome. They also collected all my documents for further processing. However, later I was informed that the process was on hold as the CEO was out of town and that I would need to wait for another final round. Since then, there has been no response or formal communication. Regardless of the outcome, a clear update should have been provided. As an SDM, I invested significant time and effort in this process, and this experience reflects poorly on the professionalism and communication of the HR team.
