Pros
Interaction with other sites and the employees generally like to help. They employ a wealth of knowledge and experience but the best part has left that building.
Cons
Dealing with managers that don't get it. They are lifers at TM and couldn't make it anywhere else. The only place I've worked where staying at work gets you recognized, not the great work you do.
