      Pros

      Interesting science and great industry, good career opportunities if you want to live in France. Easy work life balance (too easy maybe). Passionate people and overall smart managers.

      Cons

      Low salaries, unions, old fashioned company. Better than average company, but way behind the tech/pharma industries as well. Not a high risks high rewards kind of job.

      Potential for long-term career and some possibility for career advancement. Good people.

      Cons

      Bare minimum time off and benefits (1 week PTO your first year and 2 for your first 5 years). Uncompetitive base pay and weak raises.
