Pros

None .... except the opportunity to see vast product's of safran group Ladies are treated with respect. Men and women are having equal opportunities for doing long hours of work

Cons

Lots of things -no proper treatment to Freshers - Team leaders and above don't work ,only the engineers below them work - No one cares what employees think - Middle level management is one pack of old stubborn useless ppl - HR is only for printing slavery (salary) slips - some departments ppl don't work and they get paid well, some work day and night and will get nothing - MD vision is awesome, work without any expectations in salary. - long work hours , will make you work more than 12 hours on daily basis - No extra curricular activities, other than holidays which are mostly restricted. - if you are a bachelor, you dont get leaves at any point of day. - Its more about management than technological advancements. - Freshers go there and get chocked to death. Don't join this company....if you want to learn......if you want to butter people or lick seniors a** , to settle in life..... join this company.

High stress due to production deadlines, especially at the end of month. Miscommunications due to constant reprioritizing of needs. Difficult to move from short term (1 year+ only) contracts to full time positions.
