      Part of a larger group with multi-national employee wellness + diversity initiatives. Well respected product line. Fair compensation package, good training opportunities.

      Cons

      Still very France-centric with expectations to mirror larger-site processes and little consideration for the fewer amount of resources available at many NA sites. History of NA sites hiring ex-pat's vs local for key leadership roles in order to groom them for prime positions in France.

      Bare minimum time off and benefits (1 week PTO your first year and 2 for your first 5 years). Uncompetitive base pay and weak raises.
