      Didn't cherish the experienced and after they left they did a mass hirer, proper training wasn't given and cause more mistakes and revenue loss.

      Bare minimum time off and benefits (1 week PTO your first year and 2 for your first 5 years). Uncompetitive base pay and weak raises.
