      Great salary and great benefits.

      Cons

      The HR service is really bad. No one ever replies. The management is a mess with lots of pressure to increase profit but cutting down spending cost which contributes to bad working environment. Bad work/private life balance. The whole company is a huge mess. Racist Co-workers.

      Pros

      Many learning opportunities for troubleshooting different types of avian generator control units. Opportunities to work with a variety of engineering departments including production, test, quality, and industrialization. Occasional overtime opportunities.

      Cons

      High stress due to production deadlines, especially at the end of month. Miscommunications due to constant reprioritizing of needs. Difficult to move from short term (1 year+ only) contracts to full time positions.
