      Pros

      Kind co-workers, work can be really easy. Management has grown to be alot better. High 401k contributions, good benefits. Flexibility of working on your own, but have Leads available to offer advice

      Cons

      Pay is not amazing, and not many raises are offered. Not much room to grow, as there are assembly lines, paint lines, machine shop, testing, and logistics. However, if you are okay with shifting through these shops this type of growth could be for you. Overtime isn’t mandatory but “it is”.

      Pros

      Many learning opportunities for troubleshooting different types of avian generator control units. Opportunities to work with a variety of engineering departments including production, test, quality, and industrialization. Occasional overtime opportunities.

      Cons

      High stress due to production deadlines, especially at the end of month. Miscommunications due to constant reprioritizing of needs. Difficult to move from short term (1 year+ only) contracts to full time positions.
