      Pros

      Great working environment, awesome team, great benefits that are rare elsewhere.

      Cons

      The base pay is too low in my opinion and there is so much bureaucracy that everything that needs validation from the directional committee is incredibly slow. My business trips have to be validated all the way up to the CEO of my division!

      Pros

      Many learning opportunities for troubleshooting different types of avian generator control units. Opportunities to work with a variety of engineering departments including production, test, quality, and industrialization. Occasional overtime opportunities.

      Cons

      High stress due to production deadlines, especially at the end of month. Miscommunications due to constant reprioritizing of needs. Difficult to move from short term (1 year+ only) contracts to full time positions.
