      There are a few genuinely talented and hardworking people who make project somewhat bearable.

      Cons

      The culture is highly toxic with constant backstabbing, deadlines are unrealistic and employees are blamed for inevitable failures, employees are undervalued and burned out, leading to constant turnover whereas HR only there to protect management rather than support employees whose mental health have taken a toll, training opportunities are non-existent,

      Many learning opportunities for troubleshooting different types of avian generator control units. Opportunities to work with a variety of engineering departments including production, test, quality, and industrialization. Occasional overtime opportunities.

      Cons

      High stress due to production deadlines, especially at the end of month. Miscommunications due to constant reprioritizing of needs. Difficult to move from short term (1 year+ only) contracts to full time positions.
