Pros

No many but has good canteen.

Cons

Since the massive redundancies during pandemic, moving electronics dept to France, the Pitstone site has been in steep downfall with constant staff turnover, management and senior staff collude to backstab and harass newer employees. Now that the Pitstone site has lost major new contract for Boeing new X66 plane, the site is planning for another major round of redundancies. There is now foreseeable future for this site as Safran is planning to move legacy projects to France with acquisition of Thales division making aircraft generators. Hence, the Pitstone site would be closed within next 5 years.
