Working here was probably the worst experience of my professional life. There's only one person managing everything and no HR to enforce proper procedures. The CEO/manager is extremely unprofessional with little concern for the employees' welfare. The pay is way below industry standards and you're expected to handle duties that are not connected to your job title without any bonus pay. It's the CEO's way or the highway with no scope of having any mature discussion. I had all my professional email and other accounts deleted without even giving me a heads-up. It's safe to say that I'm really happy that I'm no longer associated with this company.

Good work and flexibility. Work from home. Nice culture and Salary on time. Seniors are friendly and helpful. Some good clients. Not much work pressure. No weekend working.

Some people are not positive for company. One left. But 1-2 more there. CEO needs to do fix this problem.
