An incredible team of people: smart, motivated, caring. The company has been around for 15 years with impressive and consistent growth That growth provides a lot of career opportunities. Expect to be stretched. A culture of continuous improvement, for the team, processes, and technologies. The Software Product team has been built as a remote-first, before and after Covid, but with regular opportunities to get together in person too.
Cons
There is a clear long-term vision, but lots of balls in the air on any given day. Not a lot of brand name recognition, yet.
