      Pros

      The teams and people I was able to work with are all intelligent, committed and selfless in the pursuit of better mortgage products.

      Cons

      The management (mostly exec mgmt) turnover here is next level. My job was phased out, then I was shuffled to a new team, and then eventually laid off. Leadership chaos is the norm.

      Remote, enjoyable co workers, salary.

      Cons

      At least 3-4 layoffs a year. To many upper management that don’t know what they are doing. Hiring overseas and replacing workers in the US.
