Pros
If you want to get your hands-on learning about how a generic (and somewhat dysfunctional)pharmaceutical is ran, then this is the company you want to work for. I call it dysfunctional because in any pharmaceutical business, there really isn't a functional company. However, this company will offer an experience you may never will get at another bigger company due to their size.
Cons
Not enough resources or experience for you if you are looking to gain any experience. This is still a fairly new company and is still learning its ropes through trails and errors; not exactly a rewarding your 'employee' type company.
