Pros

As a member of the digital marketing organization, from my desk with an amazing view of Buckhead and Dunwoody, I was able to watch first hand how hard everyone worked to ensure client satisfaction. When you are a client, you can expect a true partnership - someone who understands your business, what success looks like, and how best to achieve that success. COVID was hard on this organization, which is made up of employees who have been with Sagepath Reply for a long time (some who returned after trying out other organizations). Sagepath has always been known for kickball games, happy hours, and other get togethers. In fact, longtime friends work here. The hybrid situation (being in the office is not required) makes those experiences difficult to replicate, but the teams are working hard to find ways to continue this culture.

Cons

As the Reply acquisition continues on, more structure and rigor has been added to Sagepath's processes and procedures. In the future, this will not be a con and should be a good thing for Sagepath. Near term, the process has impacted culture and it will take a thoughtful approach to ensure everyone feels good about the next steps.

Pros

- Pay is industry standard. I think the reviews you see here about the high pay are people that have been underpaid at previous employers. - Benefits are fine, once again nothing that I didn't have anywhere else. - Personally, I had a great experience with the owners. Eric, especially, has a great heart and does what he can to keep people happy. - Staff is very easy to get along with for the most part. Management is very approachable and will help you out with any issues you may have.

Cons

- Will take on any project they can get their hands on. The company doesn't seem to have a true focus which leads them to accepting any work they can get. This forces you to jump around a lot, which can be frustrating. They are mainly a .NET shop however with some Java technologies. Don't come here expecting cutting edge. - Culture is odd. Sagepaths culture is love it or hate it. It's like a 90's sitcom about an ad agency - casual to a fault. Also has typical agency cliques. - No telecommuting policy. Ridiculous in this day and age. You will need to work out an agreement before you accept a position if you want to telecommute at all.
