Workplace safety was ignored; I suffered a hand injury requiring stitches, yet was still expected to perform physical tasks. Device management was chaotic—anyone could access equipment with no tracking system, leading to frequent losses. Despite proposing solutions like registration forms, they were ignored. The culture encourages overwork without compensation, and employees are treated as expendable. If you value professionalism, safety, or clear boundaries, this is not the place.
