      Freedom to run your team how you want

      The amount of work you have to do based 99% out of spreadsheets is very poor. The company does not invest in any modern tools to make processes easier. Promises are made but your staff will be paid an unlivable wage and when your employees love their job but can’t afford to stay upper management does nothing. Common response: Based off our market research we pay what everyone else does. What a joke. My employees can go work at McDonald’s for $15 an hour and have an easy job compared to what we have them doing.

      Pros

      Ability to be remote in the comfort of my home and the great team I had that will be lifelong friends.

      Cons

      1. The $5000 end of contract bonus that was promised to us at completion of our contract, never was given to us. 2. Contract ended a month & a half before it was supposed to. 3. Micromanagement is unbelievable especially with the two Ai systems they’re going to incorporate - very invasive in my home. Don’t like that at all. 4. We were always given the runaround when we asked about the bonus, metrics, etc. - no one could ever give us a straight forward answer.
