I have been working at Sagility earstwhile HGS for the past 20 years and have had a fantastic experience. The company specializes in providing high-quality services in the Healthcare industry especially in the Health Insurance space and is truly a leader in its field. During my time at Sagility I have had the opportunity to work on several exciting projects and have always felt supported by my colleagues and managers. The company culture is collaborative and inclusive, and there are plenty of opportunities for growth and development. One of the things that sets Sagility apart is its commitment to innovation and customer service. The company is constantly striving to improve its services and is always willing to go above and beyond to ensure customer satisfaction. Overall, I have had a wonderful experience working at Sagility and would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a great place to work.

Improve retention and restructure compensation and benefits to meet market standards to to effectively retain talent.

Pros

Sagility Health provides an opportunity to gain experience in healthcare claims processing and work with a large healthcare client. The remote work setup and standard daytime schedule are positives, and the role can provide exposure to healthcare operations and insurance processes.

Cons

My experience was challenging due to inconsistent guidance and unclear documentation requirements. There were situations where quality expectations seemed to change depending on who was providing feedback, making it difficult to feel confident that work was being completed correctly. Communication between teams and leadership could be improved to ensure employees receive consistent direction and support. Training and ongoing coaching varied depending on the individual providing assistance, which sometimes created confusion and unnecessary stress. For a role that requires accuracy and attention to detail, having clear and standardized expectations is essential.
