Pros

Decent pay but difficult to hit target - management constantly moves the goal post.

Cons

If you enjoy being micromanaged and treated like a child then this is the place for you. Management doesn’t consider feedback from AE’s - they believe they have the formula to success. Constant billing issues making it very difficult to retain customers. Little to no recognition. There don’t care about small accounts you bring on - if their not shipping 3-5 bills/ day, it doesn’t count as a win and goes unnoticed. No growth opportunities.

Pros

Benefits, pay, depending on who you talked to understanding.

Cons

No work life balance you live at work. Management sucked depending on the situation. They will act like they care but don’t. And will constantly rub it in your face we helped you a lot over the years. Oh and if you are female and get sexually harassed and report it well management will tell you to suck it up and deal with it.
