Pros

The pay is good, thats about it. Ive been a employee here for 1 year and the first few months were okay but after that my experience has been terrible.

Cons

The supervisors cuss and yell at you over the dumbest things. They want you to take a photo of every piece of freight and mark it damaged even if there is nothing wrong with it, but then get mad when production is down. When you try standing up for yourself when you are being yelled at you are just sent home.

Pros

Benefits, pay, depending on who you talked to understanding.

Cons

No work life balance you live at work. Management sucked depending on the situation. They will act like they care but don’t. And will constantly rub it in your face we helped you a lot over the years. Oh and if you are female and get sexually harassed and report it well management will tell you to suck it up and deal with it.
