Pros
Saia's not really a bad place to be a Driver (Ltl.) I've been there for a few years, and I know a lot of drivers at other companies that have it a lot worse. Mechanics seem to get things repaired in a timely fashion. I dont feel overloaded with deliveries or pick ups. (Just enough.) Equipment is good. Much better than when I started. Most Coworkers are good people. I see many of the drivers really care about what theyre doing. T.M. seems like a fair guy. Doesn't leave us in the dark. All in all, good place to driver for.
Cons
Never really sure when your day is done. Personally, Id like to have a more set start and end time! (SOME of the supervisors are a bit cocky) Remember, it's about us as a team. Not you against me.
