      Pros

      They are pretty competetive when it comes to pay. My manager always understand when I need time off and management knows the market well. the senior management knows how to handle the business and budget well.

      Cons

      Career advancement isnt a strong point. When they are coveted position that are desired many people don't leave. It is a good thing for the person working in the positon but bad for someone looking to move in. The IT deparment hasn't expanded in many years and doesn't look to be improving anytime. The oppurtunity to expand isn't offered to many. The selective few get a chance to move up in the company.

      Pros

      Benefits, pay, depending on who you talked to understanding.

      Cons

      No work life balance you live at work. Management sucked depending on the situation. They will act like they care but don’t. And will constantly rub it in your face we helped you a lot over the years. Oh and if you are female and get sexually harassed and report it well management will tell you to suck it up and deal with it.
