      Flexible Schedule that should offer work life balance Great Health Benefits free after 10 years with company

      Extremely micromanaged Management is unexperienced often contridicts self Change bounus structure yearly near impossible to keep up with. Release goal mid quarter hard to manage TONS OF BILLING ISSUES OUTDATED TECHNOLOGY

      Pros

      Benefits, pay, depending on who you talked to understanding.

      Cons

      No work life balance you live at work. Management sucked depending on the situation. They will act like they care but don’t. And will constantly rub it in your face we helped you a lot over the years. Oh and if you are female and get sexually harassed and report it well management will tell you to suck it up and deal with it.
