Pros

Average pay for the industry. You’re not getting top dollar to work here but the insurance somewhat makes up for it. Their trucks are pretty decent. They feed you every now and again. They try to push a nice modern work culture.

Cons

45 hour mandatory work week. Overtime after 45 hours a week. They abuse the system and squeeze all the work they can out of you while preaching that they care about their employees. Gotta jump through a bunch of hoops every year to make sure your health insurance is cheap. Rampant favoritism from management. They do not value integrity at this job! They will ask you to lie about things to make sure their numbers are good! If you question things you will be labeled as difficult. Time off is not good. Attendance system is not productive for actual employee health. 24 hours notice if you’re gonna be sick (who knows they’re going to be sick 24 hours in advance??). If you give em 23 hours notice you incur a point, regardless of if you have a doctors note. You are just a number here.

Pros

Benefits, pay, depending on who you talked to understanding.

Cons

No work life balance you live at work. Management sucked depending on the situation. They will act like they care but don’t. And will constantly rub it in your face we helped you a lot over the years. Oh and if you are female and get sexually harassed and report it well management will tell you to suck it up and deal with it.
