Cons
Worst management EVER. They attempt to show appreciation by a $25 raffle each month đš They look down on their employees (racist undertones, truly) which is very obvious in the way they communicate in e-mails and the way they raise concerns. They pretend to have an âopen-doorâ policy but truly do NOT care for the well-being of their virtual assistants. They see their employees as moneybags and thatâs it. Withholds pay, delayed payments are met with snarky attitude telling VAâs to be patient but they extend the same courtesy when VAâs are having a hard time.
