The last 5% are the few bad eggs in senior management who are some of the most toxic and unprofessional people you will ever come across, The toxicity seeps down to their respective teams. People walk on eggshells. You need a lawyer when communicating or you will be put on blast and managed out SailGP tends to hire either senior managers who delegate and outsource everything or they hire cheap, young, inexperienced juniors who lack confidence and charisma The best option is to stick to your lane, distance yourself as much as possible from the toxic senior management
