Pros
The onboarding process was well-organized and comprehensive. From the start, I was provided with a wide range of resources, including access to benefits specialists, IT support, and detailed documentation to help me navigate all the essential systems and tools. The coordination across departments made it easy to get up and running quickly. Additionally, I was quickly connected with my mentor, who has been instrumental in answering team specific questions and helping me integrate smoothly into the team.
Cons
The only drawback I experienced during onboarding was the time commitment. Daily meetings often ranged from 4 to 5 hours, which at times felt intense. However, most of the sessions were packed with essential information and activities that were critical for getting up to speed. While it was a lot to absorb, the structure and content ultimately helped lay a strong foundation for success in my role.
