Pros
Been at sailpoint for about 8 months and it is a place I see myself working at for a long time. The people I work with are super smart, kind and there’s no such thing as a dumb question in everyone’s book. The product itself is challenging and interesting to work on and the life-work balance is encouraged. You are treated like an adult and as long as you get your work done you are free to set your own schedule.
