Despite our rapid growth, the communication from senior management remains clear, positive, and approachable, with a strong openness to addressing any questions. Additionally, there are numerous opportunities for team building, fostering a collaborative and engaging work environment.

      Cons

      When factoring in the RUS, the overall compensation package is competitive. However, the base salary itself may not be as high compared to industry benchmarks or other firms.

      -The commission structure for the DSR role could be better. -The DSR org could benefit from more funding so that we have more opportunities to attend important meetings with our prospects and customers, alongside our sales/account team.
