A big Long list: 1. No working environment. 2. No point of view for employee. 3. No employee engagement programs. 4. HR have no idea why they are hired for. 5. Lack working culture. 6. Average life of a good employee is max 3-4 month. 7. HR always interfering everywhere. If manager agree on something then also HR want every thing in written. 8. HR never give anything in written. They always go with assumption and make water balloon in air. 7. Now notice period is 90 workings days... so around 4.5 months... .. :( Anyone can write still more but let it be..
