      Overall decent pay, but for a billion-dollar company the health care deductibles are very high. There are also many layoffs/RIF's happening this year so job security is questionable.

      RIF's, constant org changes, ok benefits.

      Clean safe work environment. Ample parking. Coworkers are friendly.

      Cons

      Poor management. Some managers lack competence to do their jobs. Management not transparent. Poor work life balance. Mandatory overtime for production employees. Lack of adequate training.
