Pros

I dont find any Pros even working for 2

Cons

Based on my experience, I would strongly advise potential candidates to carefully consider their options before joining the Breda office. Since 2024, the company has gone through multiple rounds of layoffs, and many employees have been let go during the 2024–2026 period. This has created a sense of instability within the workplace. The executive management has, in my opinion, handled these changes poorly, which has significantly affected employee morale. The work culture can be extremely demanding, with employees often expected to manage a very heavy workload, leading to high levels of stress. During my tenure, I also observed that even long-term employees who had been with the company for 10–12 years were let go. This contributed to a feeling that job security was limited, both for existing staff and for new hires. Additionally, HR appeared to be closely aligned with the layoff strategy, and concerns raised by employees did not seem to be adequately addressed. Overall, the environment felt unstable, and the lack of clear support for employees made the experience challenging. For those seeking long-term stability and a supportive workplace culture, it may be worth exploring other opportunities before considering this office.
