Worst company - Software Engineer Saint-Gobain Employee Review

Doesn't care about employees ... Dirty politics.. Worst management and HR. Don't value for best employee that's why they leave once bond is over and some of them are still there because they don't have any potential to face this fast pace market and after sometime they become the manager without any skills. Junior manager always try to impress/praise senior manager even though they are wrong. No one dare to take a strong stand for good employees. Worst hike pattern and try to justify that with any random argument. So if you have other good opportunity don't go for this company. Saint Gobain is good brand but especially Indec Mumbai is worst.
