Pros
Vacation, bonuses, can't move ahead within company, unless you are in certain social groups within. Some are never accountable for their actions, and others are constantly being harassed.
Cons
Backlash onto employees from management. There is a club in the office with management. Some management will work hard on getting an employee to quit if they are not well-liked.
