Pros

Absolutely no pros working at Saint-Gobain, especially at HQ. Just fake smiles and blatant hypocrisy. And worst of all? They subtly pressure you to conform to it. The only positive? The food at HQ is decent (API provider). Funny enough, the cafeteria staff were the only ones who seemed to have a genuine heart. I got along with them only.

Cons

My two-year apprenticeship at Saint-Gobain was nothing short of disappointing. Despite my dedication, hard work, and professionalism, I received no real consideration from the company. The experience was marked by a lack of support, blatant hypocrisy, and a complete absence of genuine appreciation. My tutor went on maternity leave without ensuring a proper follow-up on my school records, leaving me to navigate practically everything alone. This was truly beyond chocking. No follow-up from HR, no final meeting, not even a simple departure gift. After two years of effort and commitment, I left as if I had never been there. If you're looking for recognition, growth, or even basic human respect, look elsewhere. Especially if you're an introvert and don't like hypocrisy. Me? I can't perform. I'm not an actor, I don't act. I have a good heart, and I'm not employed to perform. It’s disheartening to give your all to a company only to realize you were nothing more than a replaceable cog in their system. If you're looking for recognition, growth, or even basic human respect, look elsewhere. In the end, it was my tutor who failed me—completely. She showed no interest in anything related to my apprenticeship—ignored emails about my school follow-up, never cared about my thesis (during 2 years, so 2 thesis!), and didn’t even bother with HR meetings concerning me. So if you happen to be employed (first, run away), my advice to you is simple: don’t waste your kindness or effort, because you won’t get anything in return. Don't be an apprentice here, it's hell.
