This company is a small, family-owned and operated organization. While not every day is perfect, my efforts were recognized and rewarded. I had and continue to maintain a great relationship with my former coworkers who really made coming to work so much fun. Managers could benefit from some development and training, especially in a remote work environment, however any time I had a concern, I was heard. I felt challenged and was provided with opportunities to grow. Unfortunately, one of our divisions shut down and I felt it was time for me to step back and focus on personal matters, but I know I will always be part of the Sai-family forever. Dr. Ramesh is wonderful, the culture and Core Values are some things that truly set this firm apart from other larger corporate companies.

A lot of manual work, too many excel files, but the company was definitely working on centralizing and automating processes to make the employee experience better. Large steppingstone for the company!

People who work there are nice.

Low Pay, Lousy benefits, company owners are unprofessional and dishonest. Treat professionals like they are children. Losing money, poor delivery, basically a mess. Best place to work in Connecticut a joke.
