      Warm and family like Nice Gifts at birthdays & holidays Relations with the CEO and also the Founder are very friendly. Good comissions for sales.

      Cons

      The new headcourt office is the only con It's in a big parking like building and it has quite an awful entrance

      Pros

      The timings are very Flexible and there is no compulsion of target and besides it helps me to dedicate time to my dance class as well as home. Also it doesn't need much preparation for the classes. Also it is fun teaching to children be they pre - primary or higher classes.

      Cons

      The salary takes a long time and we have to roam in and around pune city on a two wheeler which at times is tiring.
