      Pros

      Great benefits, good pay, and the chance to change the world. All the employees are data driven, focused, and take pride in their contributions to the company and the corporate mission - to make the best batteries on the planet.

      Cons

      Start up environment, fast paced,. You have to have the start up mindset to thrive at Sakti3. Sometimes priorities change and you have to shift your focus to a new project. But that is typical for a start up company, not much of a con considering the scope of the mission.

      Pros

      The main reasons to work at the firm are the impact of the project on the environment and global warming and the fact that the funding is coming from a successful VC firm in California that scored many success startup business and brought them to IPO.

      Cons

      The wages are low compared to the amount of work and level of commitment required. The offer of equity in the company is fair but doesn't provide any immediate value. 2 years non-compete clause is built in the contract. The CEO is very controlling and micromanages every activity in the company, the outcome is not much freedom.
