Pros

You pretty much have a fixed schedule and my co-workers were amazing to work with. Great atmosphere with co-workers. Customers were amazing 90% of the time. As a trainee you earn 7.25 an hour with no tips.

Cons

The management was awful! They treat you like your lesser than them. Managers are very rude when confronting an employee. The pay is divided 50/50 with servers and hibachi chefs. The pay is not great. Once you move to server you earn 2.50 an hour plus tips.

Pros

Working with customers , dealing with them by phone and face to face in selling food and beverages, desirable to work with papers ( invoices, receipts, checks), counting the money and doing inventory for what the restaurant need. Willing to handle in stress and pressure.

Cons

I don't have any bad reasons to share. Once you are working you have to demonstrate yourself and to people that you accomplish all tasks of the job with a good attitude and perseverance.
