Disappointing - Anonymous employee Salamander Collection Employee Review

My boss (the Director of ****) was a really nasty person. Everyone hated this person. However there was no feeling that you could go to HR or talk with this person's superiors to report their poor treatment of us. That's pretty disappointing considering it's such a small company and should've been very easy to be attentive to employees to tell that they were all so unhappy working for this Director.
