      Pros

      Really solid people (used to) work here. You wouldn't recognize more than 5 people 2023 vs. 2024. So at least they had good hiring taste. Owner goes out of his way to make things really cool. Like events at the zoo and first Friday luncheons.

      Cons

      Owner is unpredictable and honestly changes his tune on a dime. Turnover is through the roof. Pay is at least 30% below market value. Environment is toxic and driven to be that way by management.

      Due to growth we are "playing catch-up" a little bit from a capacity standpoint

      Pros

      -Flexible -Family oriented -Growing company -Free lunch on 1st Friday of the month :) -Free Coffee and Tea -Always trying to find ways to reward employees -Everyone in the company is very approachable and caring -Owner has a lot of good stories! -Very close to Downtown Columbus, Ohio -Sales Team and Owner know a lot and have a lot of experience in the industry -Very diverse and non-discriminating environment -People work hard

      Cons

      - Learning what they do and sell could be sometimes overwhelming, but at the same time interesting. -There is a lot going on most days, so, you need to perform quickly and sometimes without guidance (a great opportunity for leadership!) -There could be some cussing, bad mood and yelling from time to time when things don't go as expected, but it never affected my work.
