There is a strong sense of pride in the work, and you can feel that people genuinely care about doing things the right way for both clients and candidates. The standards are high, but in a good way. It pushes you to be better and continue growing. There is also a lot of opportunity to learn and stretch, especially if you are someone who wants to build your skills in a meaningful way and be surrounded by experienced professionals who are invested in your success.

Like any high-performing environment, expectations are high and you need to be self-motivated to succeed. It is not a place where you can coast, but that is also part of what makes it rewarding.
