Pros
Its work from home so that's a plus.
Cons
Dont get your hopes up. This job starts out fine with the training and the people are meh. If you are a social butterfly this job is not for you. Then they dump you with a manager that's 50/50. Some managers are great, they let you be you and trust that your work will be fine and leave you alone. The other half spy on you, watch you, micromanage you from the gate. Even if its not your fault they will make it seem like its all on you. The belittlement from the entitled higher ups will stress you to the point of breaking. You start at the bottom of the barrel and itll take years, years ok, to finally get noticed. The PTO that "unlimited" is a joke. Know right now that there is nothing unlimited about it. Itsa scam by the CEO. You will get nailed for everything whether you are sick, child is sick, break your arm, get run over by a car, you will be expected to work 8am EST to 8pm EST or until 400 dials+ are met. Commissions suck. Managers are I charge of them and unless you are "close" and "friendly" with them you wont see them fully. HR doesn't care either, they're all buddy buddy and blow you off if you aren't in their little *click. Do yourself a favor and walk away, revoke your application and go somewhere else. Your mindset and mental health will explode and they will dock you for the mental health exam you're going to need from them.
