      Pros

      Amazing team. Would love to work with SilverCloud (owner) for many years. Good people who care about you and your growth as a person and your career. Generous, kind, respectful, trustworthy, I can't say enough about these guys! Solid product. It has come a long way in the last year or two and is constantly being improved and updated to make it more valuable to customers. This company has a bright future.

      Cons

      I was a contractor so did not have benefits. Few opportunities to move up in the company because it is still relatively small, but a great opportunity to help it grow!

      Pros

      I have been working here as a SEO analyst since January 2015 and I like it very much. They always give me the flexibility to work and learn at my own pace and the communication in the office is really good. I have learnt very useful SEO practice.

      Cons

      I can not think of any. It may not be a good choice for people who want to work super busy every day in a hierarchical office.

      Pros

      You get great experience. There is no micromanaging and they are very flexible with your schedule. You can cross train if you'd like in other areas of the business. You can work at your own pace. Atmosphere is very relaxed and fun. Gas and lunch is all paid for!

      Cons

      There are none! It is unpaid but you gain so much experience.
