Lead generation is almost exclusively on YOU. You need to have a network that knows, trusts, and will recommend you to others. As well will need to work on prospecting for new clients.

During my time as a Sales Assistant at SalesQB, I found the work environment to be supportive and encouraging. The team was always ready to help, and there was a clear focus on collaboration, which made learning the ropes easier.

Cons

The role could sometimes feel a bit repetitive, and the pace could be demanding during busy sales cycles. While it’s great to be in a results-driven environment, this could lead to stress during high-demand periods. More support or structure during these times would be helpful.
