Pros
The people that work at SalesRabbit are unlike any other place I’ve worked at. We truly are more than just coworkers. The culture was the most impressive thing to me when I started. New c-suite level leadership has taken a couple months to get the hang of things but ultimately we’re optimistic in their leadership and approach.
Cons
Previous leadership (founder and other execs) stayed way too long. Did not know how to make key decisions which ultimately caused the ARR to dip dramatically. Also very poor decision making when it came to M&As and cared more about “becoming profitable” just so they could leave on a high note.
