Huge commitment and long process for certification - coaching and sales without pay. Lack of opportunity. Poor management in UK. Overly performanced managed for commission only model. Return on time is below zero.

Thank you for this constructive feedback. We have recently re-vamped our certification process for both sales and coaching. We are also in development of an internal evaluation and reporting process to serve our core value of "Better Never Stops."

A newer company so there are some gaps in benefits. Great fit for someone who doesn't need robust benefits.
The culture of SalesStar Global and specifically SalesStar USA is phenomenal. This is a group of people that truly execute on their core values (instead of learning about them during onboarding and never hearing them again) and value their teammates.

Rapidly growing throughout the world, so growing pains like communication and consistent processes.
