For any candidates out there thinking about working for Salesmaster, we would strongly encourage you to speak to as many current employees as you can to hear what they have to say. We feel confident that you will get quite a different viewpoint than what this former employee provided. We think one of the most telling signs of the type of place Salesmaster is as a workplace is the longevity of our staff. The majority of the people with us have been part of the Salesmaster family for between 10 and 25 years. Once someone joins our staff, if the fit is good, they tend to stay with us a long, long time. Another telling quality of our organization is the large number of people who work for us because a friend or family member currently working for us convinced them to join the team. As you talk to current employees, we think you will additionally learn that our compensation is clearly above the average for the industry, and the owners and management staff are highly involved in the day-in and day-out business of the company.
